Your profile
* Completed technical or mechanical apprenticeship
* Several years of professional experience, ideally with additional qualifications (e.g., WIG/TIG welding certification with a focus on aluminum)
* Experience in conventional mechanical machining
* Welding experience, particularly with thin aluminum sheets (1.0 to a maximum of 2.0 mm)
* A precise and efficient working style, with the ability to perform under pressure
* Full professional proficiency in German or English and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language are prerequisites
Your mission
* Manufacturing various aluminum radiators with a sheet thickness of 1.2 mm
* Developing and producing prototypes for race cars
* Performing radiator maintenance after Formula 1 races
* Cold and hot forming of sheet metal components made of aluminum and titanium for various vehicle parts
* Assisting in the production of welding jigs, tools, and fixtures for assembly fabrication
