To support our Visual Merchandising team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an
INTERN VISUAL MERCHANDISING 100%
Duration: 6 months
Start: May 2025
As Intern for our Visual Merchandising Team, you will gain a fascinating insight into the world of IWC. You will be able to enhance your Project Management skills as part of a highly motivated and efficient team. During the internship, you will provide mainly administrative support in a creative environment and gain valuable insights into our work processes.
YOUR MISSION AT IWC.
* Project Management for various topics related to our upcoming new Retail and Wholesale campaigns
* Project Management of Customised Displays
* Creation of basic and seasonal Visual Merchandising guidelines
* Maintenance support for our Visual Merchandising evaluation tool Yoobic
* Sourcing and ordering of decoration articles
* Creating orders of VM articles in SAP
* Organizing and following up on transportation orders
* General administrative team-support (ordering, invoicing, communication etc.)
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.
* Currently enrolled in or recently completed Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent studies
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word, SAP experience is a plus
* Experience in the field of visual merchandising is a plus
* Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
* Exact, insistent, dainty way of working with a strong eye for details combined with a feeling and affinity for luxury
* Hands-on mentality and service-oriented mindset
