Job Responsibilities:
* Engage key partners to increase sales activities and business penetration.
* Provide market intelligence and monitor the penetration level of each key partner.
* Develop strong relationships with team and market heads of key partners.
* Institutionalize individual banker relationships where necessary.
* Differentiate and promote Howden Private Wealth based on our thought leadership expertise to develop business opportunities.
* Support the CEO in exploring and developing new distribution models.
* Develop strong relationships with key Howden partners to promote Howden Private Wealth solutions.
* Assist the CEO in coordinating and managing sales activities to achieve sales efficiency and optimal conversion ratios.
* Ensure overall compliance with company and group policies/procedures.
Job Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.
* Experience in the financial sector and knowledge in life insurance, trust and/or HNW space would be beneficial.
* Mature individuals with a strong drive for excellence and self-motivation.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
