About Our Client

Job Description
* Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements, including licensing, performer, music, and content clearance contracts.
* Advise on IP matters concerning content production, distribution, and commercialization across various platforms.
* Ensure compliance with IP laws and contractual obligations while balancing legal risks with business objectives.
* Provide legal guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders, including event organizers and rights holders.
* Contribute to the development of policies and best practices related to IP and content rights management.
The Successful Applicant
* A qualified lawyer with a Master's degree or LL.M in Intellectual Property Law.
* Fluent in Mandarin (essential) and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
* 7+ years of experience in IP law within the content, media, entertainment, or event production industries (either in-house or at a law firm).
* Proven expertise in negotiating and drafting complex IP agreements.
* Strong ability to work across diverse legal and business environments.
