Responsibilities: Execute and secure service back office business procedures, supporting the best fulfillment of customer requests and driving SIG business and profit.
Responsible for invoicing service activities: spare parts, manpower, and lumpsum.
Handle other activities related to service: Mustpoints Ordering, Yearly CS, TCL booking and invoicing, internal bookings and invoicing.
Work with ticketing systems ServiceMaxx, ZVRU, SAP.
Support and handle closures (MEC/ YE/HC).
Secure and check correct value flows in CS/PS SAP/BW.
Act as a process trainer for own processes.
Ensure correct information is filled in process control files.
Ensure correct input data in payroll-related topics.
Act as a backup/substitute for colleagues (analyst, senior analyst, or specialist).
Become acquainted with and apply legislation, general and specific norms in the field of occupational safety and health, and the different procedures according to the specific nature of the workplace.
Attend periodical training in the field of occupational safety and health and in the field of fire prevention and extinction.
Carry out activities at the workplace in compliance with occupational safety and health norms, fire prevention and extinction norms, and norms of health and individual hygiene at the workplace.
Know the risk factors and the professional diseases specific to the workplace.
Identify dangers arising at the workplace and report these to the competent person according to workplace-specific procedures.
Use work equipment correctly.
Communicate any labor situation regarded as a danger for safety and health to the employer and/or appointed workers/internal/external department for prevention and protection.
Notify management and/or the hierarchical superior of any accidents suffered.
Cooperate with the employer and/or appointed workers/internal/external department for prevention and protection to facilitate the accomplishment of any measures ordered by labor and sanitary inspectors.
Ensure the provision of information requested by labor and sanitary inspectors.
Skills, Experience & Education: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
ERP knowledge; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Good Microsoft Office knowledge: (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Fluent level in English; any other language is an advantage.
