Job Description
In this role, you will be reporting to the Internal Audit Manager and business trips will be between 25% and 40%.
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
* Provide assurance to the Board of Directors/Audit Committee and Senior Management on AP’s internal control environment by assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the group operations, its governance and compliance with external regulations, internal codes and values (The scope of IA covers the entire value chain: R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial/Retail, Customer Service and Support Functions)
* Design and implement the IT audit strategy and the mid-term data analytics and remote/continuous auditing roadmap, implement the yearly IT audit plan and design and taylor IT audit programs
* Plan and conduct the IT audits and/or integrated audits autonomously (either as Team Lead or team member, depending on the assignment and/or team size)
* Ensure successful implementation of data analytics (Alteryx) on each audit and investigation assignment.
* Agree with (Senior) Management on relevant action plans to mitigate the identified risks and draft the audit report. Follow-up the implementation of recommendations and action plans until resolution.
* Support the audit team with guidance on how to execute analytics, and train/educate them on the daily use of developed analytics.
* Partner with AP IT Leadership team and relevant stakeholders, develop a broad understanding of AP IT landscape, systems, architecture and risks while expanding teamwork and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications
* Relevant academic credentials in e.g. business computing, information technology, etc. Further certifications (CISA; CISSP, CISM, etc.) is a plus.
* Minimum of 6-8 years of (internal) auditing and/or IT consulting experience (Big 4 and alike).
* Proven Team Lead/In Charge role with project management skills on IT audit assignments, preferably in a multicultural environment.
* Work experience in auditing e.g. enterprise architecture, business and IT transformation, IT operations, digital projects, system development lifecycle, IT risk management, cybersecurity, infrastructure and networks, information governance, social medias’ governance, data privacy/GDPR, change and release management, user access management, and ITGC
* Knowledge of an ERP (e.g. SAP, Infor M3, etc.) and ability to extract/analyze data
* Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g. RPA, IoT, AI, virtual reality, blockchain, RFID, etc.) and of tools (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx, MS Power BI, Blue Prism, Python, etc.)
* Strong team player and good communicator with influencing/negotiation skills
* Business proficiency in both French and English (written and verbal) is a must. Further languages are an advantage
