Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets in the Swiss market.
2. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in air and ocean freight, with potential expansion into contract logistics and trucking.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
6. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Swiss market, ideally 10+ years.
7. Fluency in English and German is essential; French is a plus.
8. Proven experience in air or ocean freight sales; experience in contract logistics and trucking is a bonus.
9. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
10. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
11. Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
