Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner DACH will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition efforts in the DACH region, ensuring seamless integration of new talent into the organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:

* Personnel and Technical Leadership: Lead a dynamic team responsible for designing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies in the DACH region.
* Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Identify, attract, and engage top talent in the DACH region through various channels, including social media, employee referrals, and job fairs.
* Candidate Experience and Management: Develop and implement processes to ensure exceptional candidate experiences, from initial outreach to onboarding.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to align talent acquisition efforts with business objectives and maintain open communication throughout the recruitment process.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

* Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Languages: Fluency in German and English is required.
* Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, with a strong understanding of current trends and best practices in the industry.
* Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
