Job Description
The EMEA Co-manufacturing Manager will be responsible for managing EMEA Animal Nutrition (AN) and PET co-manufacturers through proper legal contractual and governing relations to secure supply, optimize costs, and assure safe conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Secure all contractual and processes governing relations between ADM and the co-manufacturer.
* Ensure that the contracts enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to meet our safety and sustainable objectives.
* Hold responsibility for co-manufacturing budget, track variances, and manage risks.
* Secure robust contracts with the support of procurement and legal teams and implement SLA's to strengthen our position with co-manufacturers and build long-term partnerships.
New Product Introduction with Co-Manufacturers Management
* Support growth through identification and implementation of adapted partnerships with identified suppliers.
* Develop and implement a 'Make Or Buy' analysis to support sourcing decisions.
* Conduct market studies to identify new suppliers and develop a robust supplier base.
* Select co-manufacturers; establish and manage RFQ when required.
* Educate stakeholders on selection processes.
* Conduct due diligence to ensure tollers have all required infrastructure to produce, store, and deliver products according to ADM standards.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, multi-cultural, matrix environment.
* Proactive, anticipates issues/opportunities & can work through multiple simultaneous projects.
* Rigorous data analysis capability and financial acumen. Excellent attention to details.
Skills & Experiences:
* Relevant master or bachelor degree in Supply chain, Operations, Engineering or other related field of study.
* +/- 15 years' experience working in Co-manufacturing management, or Operations management or manufacturing management or supply chain management. Strategic purchasing is a plus.
* Good knowledge of food/feed processing industry.
* Advanced Excel user.
* Professional level of English and French required, other European languages are a plus.
