You will manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for clients within the Pictet Investment Office (PIO).
Your role
Managing client relationships, focusing on UHNWI, and acting as a dedicated point of contact for day-to-day activities;
Coordinating and overseeing complex holding and succession structures (such as trusts), comprising of tangible assets, and keeping track of new legal trends / increasing requirements;
Working closely and coordinating with other departments within the Bank (bankers, compliance, reporting, credit, other business lines, tax) and external service providers (lawyers, trustees, personal staff);
Coordinating and implementing budget expenditure;
Coordinating cash flow forecasts / daily payment process and validation;
Coordinating client projects, setting up dedicated reporting and monitoring;
Coordinating specific client’s commercial transactions;
Acting as a backup to other CRMs;
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Your profile
Graduate degree with 8 to 10 years’ proven experience in private banking or working for private clients / UHNWI and TEP qualification and / or legal background;
Ideally a postgraduate degree such as a Master’s degree, CIIA or CFA;
Proven knowledge in dealing with general compliance and risk issues, KYC, KYT and structures (holding companies, trusts, …);
Strong knowledge of financial markets;
Autonomous and very hands on, ability to manage a variety of different tasks (reporting, cashflow forecast, point of contact with clients and third-party providers, follow special investments, coordination, …);
Client centric;
Pro-active, results-orientated and with the ability to manage client and client’s ecosystem expectations;
Fluent in French and English;
At ease with numbers and using Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint;
Must be resident in Switzerland.
