As part of increasing the activity of one of our clients, we are looking for a Requirements and Test Engineer with experience in a safety-critical domain (m/f).
1. Main mission:
* You work independently within an Agile team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* You collaborate with end users and cross-functional teams to gather business needs and functional requirements.
* You interpret Functional System Requirements (FSRE) provided by Business Analysts.
* You draft, review, and update Equipment Requirements (ERE) with the Product Owner in Polarion, ensuring traceability to the FSRE.
* You develop and maintain test cases in Polarion to achieve full coverage of Equipment Requirements (ERE).
* You configure and prepare test platforms.
* You develop automated test scripts for the testing environment using tools like Squish and Python.
* You execute both manual and automated tests during the sprint's Build phase or during Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and document the results.
* You analyze and report bugs in the issue tracking database, contributing to their classification.
* You serve as the point of contact for clarifying defects or Equipment Requirements (ERE) concerns.

* You are organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage your time effectively.
* You demonstrate resilience under pressure and are flexible in your approach.
1. Mandatory technical skills:
* You possess proven experience in writing system and software specifications, as well as in system and software testing.
* You have proven experience with test automation tools, particularly using Python (experience with Squish and Jenkins is a significant asset).
* Experience with Polarion is a major advantage for this role.
* Experience in Java development is a plus.
* Experience in Java with JUnit for test automation is an added advantage.
1. Prior experience:
* You have at least 5 years of experience in Air Traffic Management or other safety-critical domains.
* Familiarity with standards such as ED153/ED109A or ED12B/C is highly advantageous.
1. Language requirements:
* Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
* French level: B1.
* German is a plus.
