Action Lead, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The World Economic Forum is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation.
We engage the foremost political, business and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.
Main responsibilities:
1. Develop Mission-aligned project communities related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lighthouse Programme including workstreams advancing racial and ethnic equity and closing economic gaps.
2. Work in close alignment with Mission team and colleagues across the Centre to co-design objectives and ensure seamless engagement.
3. Support integration of Forum members and partners into thematic portfolio of work creating pathways for stakeholders to engage.
4. Implement harmonized approaches and methods across activity portfolio and support continuous improvement.
5. Track and report metrics for systems-change impact within the Mission and activity portfolio.
6. Represent the Centre internally and externally as required.
7. Support Centre-wide planning and coordination and manage financial and human resources.
Requirements and preferred experience:
1. Advanced university degree in public policy, economics, business or social sciences.
2. 8+ years of relevant professional experience ideally across business, government, non-profit, international organization and/or think tanks.
3. Proven track record in driving impact and systems change in one or several areas covered by the Centre's Missions and dedication to interdisciplinary approaches.
4. Excellent project management and coordination skills; attention to detail; capacity to apply critical thinking and consult broadly.
5. Fluency in English excellent written digital and verbal communication skills; knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
