Your Role
As our Warehousing, Logistics & Operations Manager, you’ll be working closely with Linus, our Co-Founder and CTO, to ensure that our products flow seamlessly from production to the end customer. Your role is critical in managing the availability of goods, transportation, and fulfillment while solving operational challenges independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Operations: Ensure products are always in stock at the necessary locations, including manufacturing sites, warehouses, and fulfillment centers by monitoring inventory levels and forecasting demand.
Oversee Logistics and Transportation: Organize and monitor reliable transportation, ensuring products arrive on time and in excellent condition. Address any issues such as delays or damages.
Coordinate Border Controls: Ensure that border controls and customs processes run smoothly, avoiding delays or complications.
Supervise Manufacturing Timelines: Work closely with production partners to ensure manufacturing runs on schedule and products are delivered as planned.
Fulfillment Management: Lead fulfillment processes, collaborating with logistics partners to ensure orders are processed and shipped reliably to customers.
Problem Solving: Take ownership of operational challenges, such as locating lost packages, resolving shipping issues, or addressing warehouse concerns.
Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure products reach end customers seamlessly, addressing and solving any issues along the way.
What You Bring:
3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in a startup environment or fast-paced, high-growth company.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); good level of German (written and spoken)
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.
A hands-on, proactive attitude, thriving in a dynamic startup environment.

This role is based in Zürich, with occasional travel to production sites.
