As Early Talent Coordinator (with start date September 1st), you will actively support and work hand in hand with the Manager Vocational Training. In this position, you will be in charge of administrative and organizational tasks (meeting coordination and minutes, follow-up action items, event organization, expense reports, etc.) but you will also coordinate and project manage at the same time. Follow up and follow through on many small tasks is equally as vital in this position as is the ability to prioritize. But most importantly, you have an open ear for our apprentices, interns, trainers, schools and external partners to find a solution for their questions and problems.
Your tasks
* Handling and coordination of almost 50 apprentices in 6 different job categories
* Close collaboration with our practical trainers
* Direct contact for apprentices, parents, external partners, schools, the federal office of vocational training, BIZ etc.
* Support within the intern structure, we are currently building
* Process definition and improvement
* Execution of any and all administrative tasks concerning the apprentices (correspondence with the parents, apprentice contracts, school registrations, ÜK registrations, registration for exams, etc.) and interns
* End to End organization of different workshops and events
* Working independently on projects
Your Profile
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar coordinating position
* Knowledge of the Swiss apprentice system and of the related laws (e.g. Juvenile Protection Act)
* Ability to follow up and follow through on many individual requests of our internal clients
* Ability to prioritize and keep multiple balls in the air
* High level of empathy and joy in working with young adults
* Positive and open-minded personality
* Ability to work independently
* Strong communication skills, service-, and solution-oriented personality
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* Very good German skills, very good English skills, written and verbal
* Eligible to work in Switzerland
