Your Role
The IT Business Partner (ITBP) for Pathology & Genetics will serve as a liaison between the pathology business unit and IT, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Pathology & Genetics leadership, aligning IT initiatives with business needs and strategic goals.
* Technology Roadmap: Develop and maintain an IT roadmap for Pathology & Genetics, ensuring alignment with Unilabs' digital transformation strategy.
* Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate IT projects for the Pathology & Genetics unit, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions.
* Process Optimization: Work closely with pathology and genetics teams to identify opportunities for process automation, digital enhancements, and system integrations to improve efficiency.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pathologists, managers, clinicians, and IT teams, to drive IT-enabled transformation initiatives.
* Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with pathology and genetics-related IT vendors and service providers.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure IT solutions comply with healthcare regulations, data security standards, and industry best practices.
* Change Management & Training: Support end-users through change management strategies and training programs to maximize technology adoption.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and report IT service performance, ensuring SLAs are met and business expectations are fulfilled.
Your Profile
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT business partnering, IT project management, or a similar role in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
* Experience in pathology, laboratory information systems (LIS), or medical diagnostics IT solutions is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of IT governance, project management methodologies, and healthcare compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO 15189).
* Proven track record in leading IT transformation initiatives and implementing digital solutions in a healthcare or lab environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with IT service management (ITIL) and agile methodologies is a plus.
