Our next Area Sales Manager needs to understand our market and trends to develop creative strategies that drive sales for INSURANCE PRODUCTS in multiple States. We need a confident sales pro with excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and key clients.
Our ideal candidate should have at least a year of experience managing sales, preferably in the financial industry. No cold calling, no door-to-door solicitation, and no lead purchases.

Responsibilities
* Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals.
* Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business.
* Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement.
* Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they’re successful.
* Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing.
Qualifications
* 1.5+ years of experience in recruiting, sales management, or in a leadership role in the sales department.
* Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills.
* Must have a License in Life and Health or be willing to get a license within 15 to 20 days.
* Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales.
* Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills.
