The Head of Operations at Medi24 is responsible for planning, directing and improving operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and refine delivery, vision and strategy, for the end-to-end operations at Medi24 in line with the global Operations strategy
* Strengthen and lead a cohesive management team, ensuring that the Customer Care, Telemedical and Medical departments are run effectively and efficiently
* Review and report on operational performance, ensuring that strategic objectives are well communicated, understood and executed
* Create efficiencies to increase profitability and enhance Medi24 client experience
* Act on partner and customer data, developing strategies to enhance a strong customer focused culture, liaising with other parts of the business as necessary
* Plan, organize, and manage resources to successfully complete of strategic initiatives
* Work closely with our workforce management team to optimise staff planning, scheduling and efficiency
* Collaborate with other functions to contribute positively to the overall success of Medi24
* Contribute to the yearly budget cycle and prudently manage resources within budget
* Partnering with HR, implement effective succession planning, people management, development, recruitment, and retention strategies
* Build and lead a high-performing team of operations professionals and foster a culture of innovation and excellence that improves AES scores
About You
* Relevant educational background with minimum 10 years' experience in a health or operations environment
* Minimum 5 years' people leadership experience
* Demonstrated success in establishing and driving service excellence
* Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a hands-on proactive approach
* Ability to manage a large operation and lead it through change
* Demonstrated ability to lead people, get results through others and provide coaching/constructive feedback
* Fluency in German and English, ideally with French or Italian
* Ability to think strategically in a 1-3 year time span and proactively drive change
* Possess a highly competent, entrepreneurial and forward thinking attitude
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
