We seek a passionate Fullstack Engineer as Co-Founder on our exciting journey. You'll play a key role in developing our AI-powered matching platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain the platform using Angular and Java
2. Integrate AI technologies for enhanced user experience
3. Ensure compliance with data protection guidelines
4. Collaborate on creating a user-friendly interface for our AI-powered platform
5. Contribute to developing efficient matching algorithms

Work Arrangement:
We operate on a remote-first basis, embracing digital collaboration and flexibility. However, we value face-to-face interactions and aim to meet physically at least once a month (Bern or Zürich). If regular physical meetings aren't feasible for you, that's not a problem – we're committed to making it work for the right candidate.
Your Profile:
1. Expertise in Angular and Java
2. Knowledge of Python and AI/ML (including GenAI) is advantageous
3. An independent work style and ability to contribute your own ideas
4. A willingness to learn new things and work on innovative solutions
5. The ability to dedicate at least 20% of your time to pulpo+
6. A passion for revolutionising the HR/recruiting market
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
8. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms
9. Experience with version control systems and collaborative development tools
Our Team: We're currently a four-person team consisting of a Product Lead, UX Specialist, Marketing & Sales Lead, and Full-Stack Developer/CTO. We're all working part-time to bring our vision to life.
