Job Description: Helicopter Quality Manager
Position Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the central contact person for all quality management and safety management topics related to customer orders and projects.
2. Manage and process activities related to the qualification, licensing, and authorization of employees.
3. Complete and track tasks arising from safety reports, occurrence reports, and incidents.
4. Prepare and implement internal and external audits, providing support to auditors during various external audits.
5. Review and ensure compliance with quality management requirements and applicable processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., EASA Part 145, Part M, Part 21, etc.).
2. Experience in quality management, including audits and certification processes.
3. Solid knowledge of aircraft and their systems, including technical processes.
4. Strong communication and leadership skills.
5. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Efficient work habits with high competence in MS Office applications and QM tools.
7. Fluent in German and English.
