For our client, an international pharmaceutical company in Zug, we are looking for an HR Admin to support the local HR team on a daily basis. This assignment is currently set for a period of 9 months with an immediate start date.
Description
1. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
2. Provide recruitment support including job postings, interviewing and coordinating with hiring managers
3. Prepare and handle the on- and offboarding of employees
4. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries
5. Assist with organizing events, trainings and workshops
6. Manage general HR administrative tasks as needed
Profile
1. Successfully completed further education or apprenticeship in a relevant field
2. First experiences in HR administration or similar role
3. Fluent in English, proficient in German
4. Experienced with MS Office; HR software a plus
5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
6. Excellent communication skills
