We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Full-Stack Web Developer (IIoT). This role is permanent position based in Basel-Landschaft Canton.
Your Role:
1. Assist in the maintenance & further development of an IIoT platform.
2. Maintenance & further development of IIoT services in the form of web applications.
3. Partake in the reliable operation of the platform for customers (DevOps).
Your Skills:
4. At least 3 years of professional Software Engineering experience.
5. Strong expertise in Web Development, Web Architecture & creating robust & efficient Web Applications.
6. Skilled & experienced in technologies such as Ruby on Rails, React & JavaScript/TypeScript.
7. Experienced in most of the following Technologies:
8. PostgreSQL, Kafka, InfluxDB & other time series databases.
9. AWS Lambda.
10. Docker & Kubernetes.
11. MQTT (or similar).
12. Operating an SaaS platform & associated services, including DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Test-Driven Development (TDD) & maintaining clean code & security.
13. Agile (Scrum) Methodology.
14. IoT / IIoT & Industry 4.0.
Your Profile:
15. Completed University Degree in Computer Science or similar.
16. Open, communicative & team-oriented.
17. Fluent in English (spoken & written), German language skills are considered highly advantageous.
