Operator Biofuels (Liquids) / Feedstock Execution
Tasks
Your Tasks
Your responsibilities includes to be in regular contact with internal departments as trading, demurrage and terminals and external contacts as suppliers/customers/ship-owners/barge owners/tank terminals/surveyors/field offices.
Your daily tasks:
* Inform LSP’s and terminals (load and discharge)
* Consult traders about contract positions
* Send nominations to suppliers and others
* Create and Process B/L’s and CoA’s
* Proactively anticipate and resolve future issues and changing market conditions.
* Daily coordination of the Biofuels operations of external terminals
* Daily communication with stakeholders PQ&Q, Trade, Plan-team, Operations to ensure the full use of the Biofuels activities
* Proactively signal bottlenecks and anticipate on it
* Report deviations to Bio & Trade in case of issues
* Assign inspectors
* Ensure optimal planning and organizing of the available contracts with a view to all different facets within the Biofuels market.
* Process and approve invoice
Requirements
Your Profile
* Commercial education and experience in logistics and shipping
* 3 - 10 years of experience as Traffic Operator with Biofuels or other petrochemical products
* Liquid cargo experience (barges)
* excellent business English with clear and concise writing skills, German is an asset
* strong clear communication skills
* Strong personality, capable of building working relationships in an international environment
* self-motivated, results-oriented problem solver
