Main Functions:
* Pilot Quality Management Systems (QMS) processes, monitor Performance Indicators (PI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and balance Quality-Delivery-Cost perspectives.
* Analyze, organize, and lead Quality Circles with technical expertise on products and manufacturing processes.
* Resolve nonconformities (NC) across all sites using 8D, 5-Why, and 6M methodologies, involving Production, Engineering, Development, Industrialization, Purchasing, and other departments.
* Focus on solutions with a balanced cost-risk-benefit mindset.
* Coordinate and hand-over NC-supplier to QA-Supplier team and other related departments like Strategic Purchasing.
* Prioritize NC and related actions to satisfy clients and secure deliveries.
* Implement and request implementation of NC actions with corresponding evidence.
* Escalate issues due to complexity or blocking points in resolution.
* Follow-up NC treatment and drive down to closure of NC.
* Support Development and Engineering Change projects to anticipate issues.
* Participate in Phase Reviews and lead continual improvement projects.
* Contribute to overall effort in Quality and Health & Safety.
