We’re looking for a full-time inside sales representative to join our growing team! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and turn existing clients into repeat business. Responsibilities
* Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication
* Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
* Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
* Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible
* Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met
Qualifications
* Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills
* At least one year of experience as a sales representative
* High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
* Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process
Compensation
$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
