Why we are recruiting:
The Forum’s Business Intelligence & Performance Team is a central unit that helps define and drive the institution’s business objectives by delivering actionable insights to Managing Board, Business Leadership and teams. We’re looking for an experienced Lead to partner closely with senior management, analysing critical business trends, recommending actions, driving strategic priorities and ensuring efficient and impactful project delivery.
Main responsibilities:
Create and deliver actionable insights to management based on critical performance & health indicators including i) acquisition, growth, retention, pipeline of partnerships ii) engagement of across Forum communities & initiatives iii) event-specific engagement of partner constituents
Partner closely with Business and Centre leadership teams to help set strategic goals for their organization, measure progress against them through regular reviews and advise on operational improvement areas
Lead the design, implementation and adoption of new intelligence tools in collaboration with the Forum’s technical teams (incl. IT Infrastructure, Product owners, external consultants) to support data literacy & operational excellence efforts across the wider Business and Centre teams

The successful candidate will be assessed on:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect details to broader themes, root analysis into context and attach insights to high-level objectives
Stakeholder Management: Ability to work and collaborate effectively across multiple functional teams and across seniority level
Business Acumen: General understanding & awareness of how businesses operate and elements that contribute to financial growth and business success
Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex problems into their component parts, deep diving into data to strive for effective solutions & recommendations
Ownership: Accountable and proactive attitude to support business teams, including resourceful and hands-on approach to getting things done
Communication: Ability to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences, clearly articulate and synthesize complicated themes to a senior audience
Preferred Requirements and Experience:
Education Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science (or equivalent) or Master’s Degree or relevant work experience
Work Experience:
5+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in Business Operations, Management Consulting or Investment Banking)
Knowledge and skills:
Solid presentation skills and the ability to influence and persuade senior leaders
Strong problem solver with ability to manage conflicting priorities, and address complex and ambiguous cases
Robust Excel, data analytics and statistical skills (preferably SQL data querying knowledge or experience handling large datasets)
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams both on-site and remotely
Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau is a plus
