Sr. Recruitment Consultant Life Sciences 100% (all genders) AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:
Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical technology, and other life sciences sectors
Recruit specialists for companies in the aforementioned industries
Nurture and expand existing client relationships, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Attend national and international client meetings to understand their evolving needs and expectations
Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and participation in industry events
ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:

Several years of professional experience in sales and/or recruiting, ideally within the personnel services industry
A winning mentality with a strong drive to achieve outstanding results
The ability to adapt flexibly to a dynamic and high-performance environment
Excellent networking skills and strong communication abilities, including proficiency in German
