Job Description
As part of our development, we are recruiting a Project Engineering Lead to join our teams in Bulle.
Responsibilities
1. Partner with engineering firms to secure the necessary support for project design and execution.
2. Define the best solutions to meet customer needs in collaboration with leadership.
3. Manage costs and plan all project activities.
4. Oversee Concept, Basic, and Detailed design phases as well as execution.
5. Identify all required resources, avoiding gaps or overlaps.
6. Handle project governance and control budgets in alignment with PMO requirements.
7. Supervise the project team and ensure efficient coordination.
8. Consolidate and review technical specifications (e.g., URS, Technical Specifications).
9. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and project teams.
10. Facilitate collaboration among all parties involved to ensure engagement and seamless two-way communication.
Required Profile
Your profile:
1. Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in projects of different scale and complexity in the pharmaceutical industry.
2. In-depth technical experience in a highly regulated environment.
3. Ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a team environment.
4. Strong commitment to values and best practices sharing.
5. Experience in managing complex projects, including EPC and EPCM contracting models.
6. Leadership and coordination skills, both formal and informal, across functional areas.
7. Proven ability to manage internal and external resources within a matrix organization.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
9. Strong technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to risk management.
10. Full professional proficiency in French and English (oral and written).
