To strengthen our team in Switzerland (Romandy region), we are looking for an Automation Engineer (M/F/X).
About the project:
* Design, develop, and implement automation systems for pharmaceutical production processes, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements.
* Oversee the installation, validation, and qualification of automated systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC).
* Manage the automated systems.
* Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance of automated systems.
* Conduct risk analyses and Change Control for automation systems.
* Draft and maintain technical documentation, including qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and validation reports.
* Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
* Stay up to date with the latest innovations in industrial automation and propose continuous improvements.
About you:
* Degree in engineering (automation, electrical, mechanical, or related field).
* 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial process automation, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.
* Expertise in SCADA, PLC, and DCS systems.
* Experience in validating and qualifying automated systems, with strong knowledge of IQ, OQ, PQ protocols.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a team, with strong communication skills.
* Knowledge of sterile pharmaceutical production systems is a plus.
* Fluent in French, with professional English proficiency.
