Sales Manager Job Description
Bancadati is the carrier-neutral data center in Lugano, Switzerland, that combines Swiss tradition with cutting-edge technologies to support businesses in digital transformation. Our 1,200 square meter facility offers a fully managed infrastructure designed for energy efficiency, security, and service continuity.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with technical and commercial expertise to drive sales growth by promoting tailored solutions to clients across Northern Italy and Switzerland.
* Presents and promotes solutions to new customers
* Achieves sales targets and outcomes within set schedules
* Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships
* Provides management reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
The ideal candidate possesses:
* Strong technical knowledge of co-location
* Extensive sales experience in data centers and co-location
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A proven track record as a client hunter
* Fluency in Italian, English, and German
Key Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience selling co-location in the Italian or Swiss market
* In-depth knowledge of Bancadati solutions
* Ability to travel in Italy or Switzerland
* Age: 30-35 years old (inclusive)
* Swiss nationality or valid work permit
This full-time position involves working from our Manno location and visiting clients in Italy and Switzerland. The starting date will be agreed upon.
