Job Summary

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and continuously develop a global team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
2. Define and implement the marketing strategy and yearly plan in alignment with the company's long-term vision and growth objectives.
3. In collaboration with Product Managers and Application Experts, drive Zurich Instruments' content marketing and position the company as a thought leader in its field.
4. Oversight of consistent, high-quality, multilingual communication across all target channels to support effective lead generation.
5. Develop and enhance website communication, corporate identity (CI), corporate design (CD), and employer branding to attract and retain top talent through strategic marketing initiatives.
6. Drive marketing innovation by implementing data-driven strategies, optimizing marketing automation, and enhancing campaign performance tracking.
Your Profile:
* An inspirational leader with 5+ years of international marketing leadership experience in high-tech markets.
* Technical background in fields such as physics or electrical engineering is a plus.
* Passionate about marketing, people and team development, collaborative leadership, and coaching.
* Hands-on experience in marketing automation, SEO, SEA, Google Analytics, website management, content marketing, digital campaigns, CI/CD, event management, and social media.
* Outstanding communicator with excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
