BCIC Swiss GmBH is looking for a full-time On-site IT Helpdesk in Wallisellen, Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
1. First-level support via phone and e-mail for Windows 10, M365 products (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, MS Office, etc.), own insurance applications, and many other tools.
2. First-level support for our external employee portals and our custom-cr portals.
3. Support for new technologies during rollouts.
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction in multiple languages.
5. Creation and maintenance of documentation, instructions, and checklists (knowledge database).
6. Interface between Onsite Support and corporate customers.
7. Completed basic or further commercial training.
8. Experience in dealing with common IT systems and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
9. Resilient and reliable personality with organizational talent; customer and service-oriented behavior with good communication skills verbally and in writing.
10. Languages: German & English (mandatory), Italian (preferred), French (desired).
Requirements:
1. 40-hour weekly work permit in Switzerland.
2. Strong IT/computer knowledge.
3. German language minimum B2 level needed.
