Experience & Education: Degree in brewing and/or technical Engineering15+ years Operational experience in the FMCG/brewing industry, preferably within Carlsberg Functional technical experience in Engineering of Beverage Equipment, minimum 10 to 15 years. Subject Matter Expertise in Maintenance functions Strong communication and influencing skills Experience in managing and balancing commercial and technical requirements Experience of managing change through using CI (Lean, TPM, Excellence, 6 S) practices and behaviours Job responsibilities: Manufacturing Responsible for the development and deployment of the Group Manufacturing Process (COM Infinite loop to Do it Right, Do it Better, Do it Different)Responsible for the development, release & version control of COMCapture 360-degree improvement input and ensure governance of COM development Responsible for compliance to COM at breweries through deploying standards, calibration and coaching sessions. Review regional self-assessment linking to performance gaps & opportunities Utilize the global organization to co-create new COM standards, tools and guidelines to comply with COM standards and improve performance and capture best practices through global COM work groups Drive and support implementation of Carl Ex initiatives to improve performance in packaging and maintenance agenda. Ensure project objectives are met and projects are completed on time and on budget. Develop relations with Regions and Breweries and leverage engineering group’s capabilities as needed. Establish Communities of Practices to share best practices and knowledge transfer between manufacturing facilities.
