Overview
We are looking for you to join our project management team as a project manager in the field of aspetic production. You will manage projects related to innovative and new products. You will approach projects with motivation and drive, which will automatically pull the project team along with you. Ideally, you will have experience and knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering and several years of experience in managing projects.
Responsibilities
* Global responsibility for custom filling line projects with some development character, from final project pre-clearance to project completion: project objectives, customer satisfaction, achievement of quality - budget - schedule targets
* Lead, coordinate and motivate a multidisciplinary project team to achieve project objectives
* Ensure communication and overall project coordination between all project stakeholders internally / externally
* Efficiently and effectively coordinate day-to-day challenges, including difficult and time-sensitive situations
* Prepare and monitor cost and schedule forecasts throughout project phases and initiate and communicate actions as necessary
* Prepare and lead customer and partner meetings both internally and externally
* Regularly evaluate project status and report to management
* Monitoring the implementation of customer and regulatory requirements (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice, Annex 1 as well as MRL - Machinery Directive)
* Several years of experience in project management (at least 4 - 5 years)
* Experience in leading project teams in an international environment
* Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
* Basic technical knowledge in plant or mechanical engineering is an advantage
* German or English business fluent
