Customer Service Professional
Our Customer Service team manages client orders and organizes transport to our subsidiaries abroad. This role is responsible for the efficient performance of all intercompany orders. In addition to the day-to-day business, you will oversee and coordinate all transactions and ensure effective reporting. We are looking for a customer-oriented personality with strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of the entire supply chain.

This is what you can move:
1. Full responsibility and ownership of the Intercompany Transactions Team and related workload to ensure high quality service to all internal and external customers.
2. Coordinate workload distribution within the team based on capacity planning and monitor KPIs.
3. Manage the generic email inbox and prioritize incoming requests in a customer-friendly manner.
4. Maintain close contact with the warehouse and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product flow and availability.
5. Process customer purchase orders, organize returns, and issue credit/debit notes according to the existing approval matrix.
6. Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager.
7. Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve inquiries and support continuous knowledge development within the team.
What you bring along:
1. Commercial basic education and further education as foreign trade professional or similar.
2. 5+ years of experience in customer service, ideally in a similar role with functional responsibility.
3. Experience in an international environment with a complex warehousing structure.
4. Proactive and smart person who is keen to drive forward optimizations to make processes more efficient.
5. Fluency in English and German.
