Your mission
* Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights and recommendations to the CFO and senior management
* Forecasting & Planning: Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and financial objectives
* Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analyses to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance profitability
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements in financial reporting and analysis to drive efficiency and accuracy
* Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, supporting audits and maintaining documentation as required
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support financial decision-making and align financial strategies with overall business objectives
* Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide financial analysis and support for special projects, initiatives, and strategic planning as directed by the CFO
Your profile
* Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
* Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German is highly desirable
* Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills are essential
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
