As a Client and Stock Advisor in the Store of Lausanne, you will strive to provide the Clients with the most luxurious experience by supporting the Store team with the best back-of-house service in line with the standards of the Brand and also directly on the customer.
You will proactively work with the Sales team to achieve individual and team, as well as ensure smooth operations, to enable the store team to maximize the time spent with Clients and deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise.
MISSIONS
The stock advisor contributes to the smooth daily run of the stock room. The accountabilities are :
1. Provide an efficient service to all sales associates including but not limited to preparation of products, advising on stock availability, training on products and their features/accessories
2. Participate to the delivery of products and ensure that received goods match with the quantities indicated on the packing list and ensure the good conditions of products
3. Ensure that all products are boxed, labeled and properly stored in the stockroom
4. Ensure that all stock zones are clearly marked and tidy
5. Support the introduction and maintenance of auto-replenishment to ensure sufficient availability of products on the shop floor
6. Perform stocks transfers between stores when needed
7. Check the receipt of products returned by customers
8. Perform rotative and full inventories counts
9. Explain the stock discrepancies
10. Return obsolete and defective products and perform all kinds of outstocking process.
As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand. You will proactively reach out to your Clients in order to achieve individual and team goals. This role is based in our Lausanne Store.

-Advise Clients across the brand and all product categories
-Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster the Brand loyalty

-Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
-Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
-Follow the company’s policies and procedures
