Position summary
We are seeking an experienced Global Procurement Manager – Digital Media to join our team managing commercial activities for Media partners used by Nestlé worldwide.
Reporting to the Global Category Leader, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the category strategy for the spend in scope on a global level, utilizing strategic sourcing processes, tools, and policies.
As a strategic partner of the business, we help the company achieve sustainable growth and ensure responsibly sourced supply and value creation. Located in hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia, our division provides a range of services, including the management of procurement for specific raw materials, packaging, indirect materials, and other services. We also support markets with managing local spend.

A day in the life of a Global Procurement Manager – Digital Media
* Negotiating contracts ensuring the most beneficial commercial agreements with media partners in line with the strategy.
* Managing the relationship with various stakeholders to integrate category plans.
* Identifying improvement & value opportunities and leading regional/global projects for efficiency and effectiveness optimization.
* Assuring synergies between various Nestlé businesses, directing all potential efforts to obtain the best opportunities for cost & quality optimization and fulfill company targets.
What makes you successful
* Minimum 5 years' experience within the digital media industry and a strong understanding of digital media platforms (including agency side or digital partner).
* Demonstrated success optimizing portfolios through continuous improvement and value realization activities.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability & experience to successfully lead zone or global projects and implement change in a complex, multicultural organizational environment.
* Fluency in English essential; bilingual abilities are advantageous.
