Job Title: Financial Systems & Data Manager – ERP Integration
We are seeking a skilled Financial Systems & Data Manager to join our team.
This role will provide global and cross-sector integration project support between TranSCend and TransAct, while integrating into our run state FSDM team, with a focus on SigniFi Program strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the deployment of Global Financial Master Data processes between TransAct and TranSCend, including interaction with Legacy systems and alignment to the SigniFi program.
* Aligning financial master data for functional testing purposes in upper and lower environments and working with other master data partners to complete necessary testing across the schematic.
* Driving FSDM run state readiness by working closely on training and process change impacts.
* Supporting the deployment of new functionality, including integration of corporate tools for run state processes.
* Understanding and meeting IT release timelines.
* Transitioning to run support to enable smooth closes and data integrity in the financial ERP systems in scope, setting FSDM run up for success.
* Providing a financial systems perspective in process alignments and project implementations across finance, addressing implications of change with relevant parties.
* Oversight of team performance to ensure effective management and proactive delivery of results.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (preferably with an Information Systems module).
* 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance function.
* Knowledge and understanding of financial business processes and SOX compliance.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to connect across cultures and communicate effectively with technical teams, users, and management.

Preferred Qualifications:
* SAP FICO qualification.
* Qualified Accountant (or International Equivalent).
* Experience/expertise in SAP Central Finance Operationally or deployments – 3 years or more.
* Hands-on experience in technical/finance roles in SAP ECC focusing on SAP FI/CO modules (G/L, A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets, Controlling).
* Prior experience working in a Supply Chain Finance organization and understanding of manufacturing and sales processes from a system perspective.
* Prior experience in Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and custom Data Warehouse development, Statistical Analysis using cutting-edge financial tools and technologies.
* Working knowledge of reporting and planning tools and applications such as SAP BI/BW, S/4 HANA, Central Finance, and Blackline.
* Experience with system enhancement process, project implementation, IT Service Management, and testing protocols and tools such as QTest, Jira, Service Now etc.
* SAP Knowledge and Experience:
o Cost accounting modules (Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).
o Integration of FI/CO with MM and SD modules.
o SAP tables, sets, standard configuration, transactions, validation, and substitution rules, ALE & IDocs and interfaces with non-SAP systems.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $172,500.
This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
