Job Description
1. Support the Western Europe desk with onboarding of new clients.
2. Perform initial contact with the prospects as well as continuous follow up in coordination with Regional Sales Team.
3. Provide full support to all our Sales team members to ensure a high service level and meet the team targets.
4. Handle incoming calls from prospects, clients and other departments.
5. Handle general internal and external correspondence and mailing.
6. View account forms, ensure completeness and correctness of the data provided for account opening purpose.
7. Conduct customer due diligence checking and performing identification of clients via video conference.
8. Coordinate with other departments (Legal and Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, payment) to ensure account opening and funding.
Qualifications
9. You are looking for an internship for your Master in Economics or Finance
10. French as mother tongue and fluent in English. A third European language as a strong asset.
11. You have a talent in dealing with people and strong communications skills.
12. You are an ambitious self-starter, eager to achieve and exceed targets.
13. You have the ability to adapt yourself to a changing environment in a fast growing Bank.
14. You have an open-minded and team-oriented spirit.
