Who we are We are looking for an MCS Development Engineer to develop manufacturing systems that test and configure cutting-edge products. This is a new and exciting opportunity to shape how we innovate in production technology and reports to our Director Manufacturing Engineering.
Key responsibilities Design and Develop
Create ergonomic and efficient manufacturing equipment, both hardware and software.
Develop test and configuration systems aligned with product specifications and production goals.
Collaborate with R&D to create and refine test and configuration software sequences.
Maintain and Support
Maintain existing equipment, including software migration, hardware upgrades, and managing obsolescence.
Provide 2nd level support for production equipment.
Deliver clear documentation following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Collaborate and Train
Work closely with R&D and New Product Introduction project leaders.
Support and train production centers during the installation of new equipment, including occasional travel abroad.
Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Systems or Master’s degree in Automation.
5+ years in a similar role.
Proficiency in LabVIEW, CAD, Python/ C#, MS Office, Creo, Altium, and SAP.
Experience with industrial systems, measurement equipment, and interfaces.
Fluent English (French, German, or Spanish a bonus).
Solution-driven, organized, and adaptable.
A team player with excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
Experienced in leading projects and driving results.
