We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to oversee the entire lead lifecycle as a Real Estate Leads Manager. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing significantly to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Establish initial contact with real estate agents, presenting attractive offers on available properties.
2. Effectively manage and prioritize incoming leads from various sources such as website inquiries, email campaigns, social media, and events.
3. Swiftly respond to inquiries and assess leads based on established criteria.
4. Foster meaningful relationships with leads via multiple communication channels (email, phone calls, video conferences) to gather information, address questions, and build trust.
5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline, ensuring seamless transitions.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities within the CRM system.
7. Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements
1. Excellent communication skills in English, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency.
