To support our Administration team, we are currently looking for a
As a member of the HR/Administration team, you support the Human Resources Director in managing the employee lifecycle, drafting documents, and contributing to various HR projects. Your daily tasks will include:
Managing new hires, departures, and changes (on/offboarding, administrative checklists)
Processing job postings and work permit applications
Keeping personal documents up to date (e.g., annual reviews, family allowances)
Organizing key life events: jubilees, birthdays, company dinners, and other celebrations
Receiving medical certificates, managing administrative tasks and insurance notifications, and collaborating on payroll processes
Drafting employment contracts, addenda, attestations, and work certificates
Monitoring employees’ time management

You offer us
A Swiss CFC in business administration (or equivalent)
Several years of proven experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Timmi, Jira (an advantage)
An HR certificate or brevet (optional)
Proactivity, strong organizational skills, and discretion
Dynamism and ease with digital tools
Native French or German speaker with a good command of the other language (min. B1)
