Compliance Risk Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to perform the annual Group Compliance Risk Assessment and facilitate Regional Compliance teams in their local risk assessment activities.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Annual Group Compliance Risk Assessment: Identify and assess compliance risks relevant to the Glencore Group.
* Facilitate Regional Compliance teams: Support local risk assessment activities, provide methodology, assess changes and developments, and ensure consistency across regions.
* Maintain compliance risk assessment methodology/manuals: Keep up-to-date with the latest information and best practices.

Qualifications and requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Legal background preferred.
* Solid understanding of compliance risks and internal controls.
* At least five years of experience in Compliance roles, particularly anti-corruption and bribery risk area.
* Willingness to travel worldwide at least 30% of the time.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Proficient in using IT applications and willing to learn new ones.
* Risk Management or Audit certifications a plus.
