Main responsibilities:
* Validation and execution of eBanking Service enrolment;
* Support to Private Banking regarding eBanking issues (access, passwords, etc.);
* Create/update/revoke eBanking access for Private Banking and Independent Asset Manager clients;
* Codification of paperless correspondence;
* Manage the request for Client Data Service (ECDS) for standard clients and Independent Asset Manager clients;
* Hard Token replacement and addition;
* Replacement of passwords (in case of first access) and eBanking credentials in case of loss;
* Activate user accounts in Switzerland for clients with existing eBanking access on foreign branch accounts;
* Solve ebanking access problems by consulting all IT systems (Globus, User Management, Entrust, NCM);
* Communicate with various departments as needed, primarily the IT department, eBanking support team, IAM Support, Globus team, and NCF team;
* Learn and perform other Central Filing tasks when required.
Skills and Experience:
* 2-4 years of experience in e-Banking administration;
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
* Fluent knowledge of English is mandatory, French is an asset;
* Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
* Strong relationships skills, enabling collaboration within a team;
* Effective problem-solving abilities;
* Flexible, autonomous, multitasking, and prioritization skills;
* Motivated, accurate, and detail-oriented individual;
* Availability to work on public holidays as needed;
* Support in internal projects.
