Main Responsibilities:
* Manage implementation of two pillars of the team's strategy: Products and People.
* Ensure audience needs are incorporated across all of the team's work.
* Strategically engage with public and private sector audiences to inform deliverables.
* Contribute to the Results Project, which aims to be a credible partner of choice by pitching and delivering a strong results narrative.
* Manage content development, including core content, major propositions, audience-focused content, and bespoke proposals.
* Manage change management initiatives, including capacity building.
Requirements:
* Advanced university degree in marketing, economics, social sciences, fundraising, international relations, communication, law, or business administration.
* Minimum eight years of progressively responsible professional work experience in communications, fundraising, or programme management.
* Experience working with private and public sector audiences, including governments, philanthropists, business, and foundations.
* Exceptional communication skills and significant experience in delivering compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another official UN language is an asset.
