Position Title: Learning and Training Instructor (Machining Specialization)
Location: Boudry, Switzerland

We’re looking for a dynamic individual to lead the training and development of apprentices in a supportive and motivating environment. In this key role, you’ll combine your technical knowledge with innovative teaching methods to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver practical and theoretical training in machining techniques, including manual, conventional, CNC, and metrology.
* Support and guide apprentices to achieve success through motivating pedagogy and recognition of their efforts.
* Manage apprenticeship-related tasks, including planning weekly workloads, monitoring assignments, maintaining records, and facilitating evaluations.
* Collaborate with educational partners, industry organizations, and training centers to ensure alignment with professional standards.
* Organize and oversee activities such as open house events, educational outings, team-building initiatives, and participation in industry competitions like SwissSkills or IndustrieSkills.
* Monitor investment needs for tools, machinery, and accessories, ensuring resources are aligned with training objectives.
* Uphold company values and address challenges constructively, including communication with parents and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a recognized diploma (CFC) in polymécanicien or a related discipline.
* Demonstrates hands-on mastery of CNC machining and experience with computer-aided manufacturing (CAM).
* Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly involving the training and mentoring of apprentices or young professionals.
* Fluent in French (daily use required) with professional proficiency in English.
* Brings strong management and organizational skills, with a focus on developing talent and driving results.
