The Digital and Content Marketing Associate is responsible for executing content and marketing campaigns, managing email communications, and leveraging HubSpot and related tech stacks for our Index group. This role blends creativity with analytical skills to develop and optimize marketing assets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of HubSpot, and the ability to collaborate across teams to enhance marketing efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content and Website Management:
o Create and manage content assets, including forms, emails, landing pages, and blog posts.
o Optimize social media and implement SEO strategies to boost engagement and traffic.
o Publish and maintain website content, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
2. Marketing Campaigns and Email Management:
o Execute marketing campaigns and A/B tests to enhance lead conversion.
o Manage contact lists and oversee email and newsletter performance.
o Develop automated workflows for events, webinars, and gated content.
3. Reporting and Analysis:
o Generate performance reports and provide insights to refine strategies.
o Ensure data accuracy across platforms and improve reporting processes.
4. Technical Coordination:
o Manage user access and coordinate with IT for seamless platform functionality.
o Support website projects and make necessary adjustments to enhance user experience.
o Utilize and integrate tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) to support marketing efforts.
o Oversee the reporting pipeline for internal use.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, Business, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience with HubSpot, content management, and marketing tools.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in analytics and reporting tools.
* Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages (German, French) is a plus.
PREFERRED SKILLS
* Experience with HubSpot workflows and automation.
* Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SE Ranking, and WordPress.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and index-related content.
