Job Description
Mammut's Apparel is one of its largest and most important business areas globally. The Product Coordinator Apparel plays a vital role in the Apparel Team's seasonal processes, requiring operational and coordinative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter and maintain basic product data into the PLM system for the entire Apparel collection (including Aloc and SMU), setting the base for other functions to work into their seasonal developments.
* Own the "seasonal SMU process"; create timelines aligned with Commercial and Buying, coordinate realization of seasonal SMU requests together with Commercial, Design, Development, Buying and Purchasing, within defined timelines.
* Manage new Corporate SMU requests and ensure data quality and consistency as Super User Flex PLM.
* Oversee testing processes and manage PM field test samples in consultation with Apparel Product Managers: order field test samples, send to athletes, collect feedbacks, distribute to Apparel Product Managers.
* Provide customer service and support end-consumer requests.
Requirements
* Completed vocational training.
* First working experience in a similar position in an international environment.
* Collaborative personality with a 'can do' mindset, strong organizational & administrative skills, driven and coordinated attitude, ability to handle intensive periods, proactive and independent working style.
* Fluent in German and English (written/spoken).
* Strong knowledge in MS Office and PLM Flex or comparable product information system.
* Possession of passion for mountain sports and products.
