Business Development Manager
This role focuses on organic growth in the German market.
The primary responsibility is the overall success of one or more strategic clients, including revenue and margin growth. The position will drive the Strategic Account strategy collaborating with all required resources to succeed.
Flexible location: Austria or Switzerland.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate sales expertise selling business services, archiving, or similar offerings.
* Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational objectives and goals.
* Act as an industry expert, understanding and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
* Prospect for new clients, expanding existing relationships and products of assigned accounts.
* Maintain a consistent sales pipeline to meet quota attainment.
* Collaborate with customers on new opportunities, negotiating and RFP sales processes.

* Possess significant direct solution sales experience and a strong background in strategic new business hunting.
* Develop solutions that map to customer requirements.
* Deliver sales of technology solutions.
* Exhibit excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
* Influence and negotiate effectively.
* Make decisions and think strategically, considering company-wide impact.
* Team up effectively with personnel at all levels on various topics and issues.
* Languages: Proficient in German and English, plus French (desirable).
