Senior Data Product Manager
We are seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to drive the strategic direction of our data products and ensure we build scalable, impactful, and business-aligned data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the data product strategy, ensuring alignment with Technis' broader goals.
* Develop a clear framework for prioritizing and structuring data initiatives, improving focus and impact.
* Advocate for data as a core product, reinforcing its role as a strategic asset that enhances our platform and business impact.
* Align with product, sales, and customer success teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
Execution & Delivery:
* Own and manage the data product roadmap, ensuring effective execution and delivery of key milestones.
* Establish a structured approach to defining requirements, bringing clarity and confidence to the team when tackling new initiatives.
* Ensure strong documentation and knowledge sharing, improving how data is accessed, understood, and used across teams.
* Work closely with data engineers, software engineers, and data scientists to ensure a strong technical foundation for data products.
Data Platform & Pipeline Strategy:
* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our data platform, ensuring it efficiently ingests, processes, and delivers high-quality data.
* Define the standardization of metrics (live, historical, predictive), ensuring consistency across all solutions.
* Work with third-party providers to integrate external data sources (APIs, partner platforms), expanding the breadth of insights we can generate.
Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in data product management or related fields (e.g. data analytics, business intelligence, or platform product management)
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving product development in Agile environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset to scale data products effectively
* Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, structuring and prioritizing them to maximize business impact.
* Experience working with real-world sensor data and third-party data integrations is a strong plus
* Understanding of data pipelines, event streaming, and batch processing, with experience working with modern data architectures (Flink, Airflow, Kafka, Snowflake, etc.) would be a plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to present to stakeholders clearly and concisely. French is a strong plus.
